SBS Systems Uganda Limited guarantees rapid response in warranty and support by providing hardware replacement and repair within manufacturer terms, software updates and patches for supported solutions, and a structured three‑tier support model—Level 1 helpdesk and remote troubleshooting, Level 2 field engineers for hardware/software issues, and Level 3 vendor coordination (Paxton, IDEMIA, Hikvision, Sophos)—with a response time matrix of 2–4 hours for critical issues, 8 hours for major issues, and 24 hours for minor issues, while ensuring clients receive real‑time updates on ticket status, resolution progress, and expected timelines.
