Solution Implementation
1. System Architecture & Cabling
- Designed a star topology with dedicated AV closets linking each hall via single-mode fiber for HDMI, control and audio feeds
- Deployed HD-BaseT extenders to carry uncompressed 4K video up to 100 meters without latency
2. Audio Sub-System
- Installed flush-mount ceiling speakers in a distributed layout, delivering even SPL (sound pressure level) of 85 dB across seating areas
- Integrated dual wireless handheld and boundary microphones for instructor mobility and panel discussions
- Configured digital signal processors (DSPs) for automatic feedback suppression, EQ and zone gating to isolate rooms acoustically
3. Video & Display
- Mounted 4K laser projectors and motorized screens in each hall for high-contrast training visuals
- Installed a 2×3 LED video wall in the main auditorium for dynamic content, live feeds, and digital signage
- Set up PTZ cameras with auto-tracking for hybrid training sessions and live streaming to external stakeholders
4. Control & User Interface
- Programmed Crestron touch panels in each hall, providing one-touch presets: “Instructor Mode,” “Video Conference,” and “Guest Lecture”
- Automated source switching, volume control, and lighting cues to minimize setup time and user error
5. Testing, Commissioning & Training
- Conducted full-day commissioning sessions, measuring frequency response, verifying video latency (< 20 ms), and ensuring failover resilience
- Delivered hands-on operator training, complete with quick-start guides and remote support.
