SBS’s Sales and Support staff are fully trained and certified by IBM, Lenovo, Dell, EMC, Siemon, Microsoft and Tripplite to Sell, configure, install and maintain the brands that we supply. Support staff skills are constantly updated by attendance on relevant courses in Uganda and overseas and by web-based courses provided by our partners including IBM, Lenovo, Dell, EMC, Siemon and Tripplite Power systems
